Blessings to you!

We are so excited that God is working in our midst!
First of all, the young man we pray for and help with his life and ministry, Dwayne, has been witnessing the power of God working through him and others in the Telford Unit in New Boston! He has held another preaching/teaching/service in the different dorms in that unit the last 2 weeks and 8 more inmates gave their lives to Jesus!!! This is added to the already over 100 men who have made a commitment to follow Him in the last 4 months..! If you can pray for any of these men by name they would be so grateful and so would I. We are talking about a total move of God in this prison through a young man who couldn’t even read before he went to prison. He taught himself to read and became a believer and has a reputation for ‘the preacher’ in this Unit of Telford!
I am going to give you a paragraph from his latest letter to us at Wings:
” Last night, because of the recent Covid outbreak in the unit, was the first time I went out to preachin a while. Boy, did God show up! Its like all that had been built up came out. About a month ago we were preaching and a guard told me how good my preaching was. All I told him was thank you. As soon as the guard walked away the holy Spirit convicted me. Because I didn’t give God the praise, now I am standing there feeling horrible. So I went to find the guard, to give God the glory! Well, the guard was already gone. So I prayed and asked God to forgive me and made a promise to never do that again! Last night after I was done preaching, they began playing another song and the guys behind the cell are yelling at me saying that was awesome how you preached!. They said they were going to write the Warden and tell him about me.
I couldn’t take it any more and I got the microphone and told the men that it is only by the power of God and the Holy Spirit that I can do anything. I said its by the power of God and the Holy Spirit that is the preaching of the gospel that sets them free to praise God. I know that on my own I am nobody. But through Christ I am somebody.
Last night they had guys that were on suicide watch so there were guards in front of their cells. When the Holy Spirit of God moved so mightily, one of the guards began praising God. It was so amazing!. I preached to them about the works of the Devil being destroyed and that Christ has won the fight. Its our unbelief and doubt that keeps us bound. “
These are the men that gave their lives to our Lord Jesus Christ: Limon, Williams, Spearmen, Gabriel, Gunlap, Booker, Jackson, Mungin. What is so sweet is that all of these men were asked to pray for Lexie and some of the others that Wings has helped and they are so eager to hear how God has answered their prayers!

If you are led to, please pray for Dwayne and these men he has named. There are a hundred more that I will be sharing with you to ask for prayer in the days to come. Also, we will probably be purchasing some more bibles for these additional men who became believers in the near future. If you are led to, you can donate towards that project Wings will help with.

Also, we have another praise report from the family of Lexie. She is the 10 yr. old who has battled brain tumors and most recently was in the hospital for 2 weeks in Dallas battling breathing distress. She was released after a very difficult battle to get her off the ventilator. She and family are back at home in Tyler and Wings helped them with some past due bills. Please pray as the dad, Aaron, had another new job interview and is in need of this one to provide for his family! Praise God for Lexie’s release from the hospital!
Wings also has helped a new lady from Visions with utilities and I was able to have some great conversations with her. Please pray for Ty……. that God will grow her faith and lead her into another job that can provide for her and her daughter.
Wings also helped Hol……. with bills and she is in the process of interviewing for a new job in Dallas. She is pregnant and a lot of places she has applied will not hire her. I got to see her last week and give her some aid from our account. God has blessed these women through just 3 regular donors that we have and 2 of them are single moms! I am always amazed that God will use people who don’t have much to help those who have less! Lord bless them!
