I have so many reports for you to pray about with us!
First the lady, Alondra, whose rent house burned down is doing well. She is temporarily living with her 2 children at her brothers home. There have been several people giving her family items of clothing and household things because they did lose everything in the fire!
She hasnt been able to find a place to live yet. Her long term goal is to buy a house and she has been saving some towards that. Her job is ok and steady but she knows that she may have to move to a home or apartment rental. If you can pray towards her finding something soon that would be great! If you know of anything available please email or text info to me and I will pass it on to her. Also, she will need all household items when she does find a place for them to move to., but right now, at her brothers, there is no room for things donated.
Also, Joe and I will be doing the Outreach this Saturday to the Visions club. Joe will chaperone and pray in the car while I go in. Please pray for Susan Copper, our Outreach volunteer who usually goes in with me. She is getting ready for a surgery next week and is not able to go this Saturday. Pray for healing for her and surgery.
This year, for the first time, we will be trying to sign up any of the ladies in the club for angel tree, thanks to New Covenant church. Please pray some of these ladies will sign up with me when I go into the dressing room and come to the church on the 15th to pick up and wrap their packages! Its such a great service to these women and I go as well to wrap and visit with them each year. Many thank to Sam Fisher and Hanna Hubner for setting this up!
Also, many thanks to Tabitha Kent and the ladies at CCF in Lindale for providing us with beautiful gift bags to take in. They are faithful every year to do the gifts for Christmas and Easter.
Also, one of the X dancers, Nichole, with whom I meet regularly, has provided her testimony that we are printing on Wings logo to include in the gift bags. A few months ago we included Mayra’s testimony and both of them are very amazing.! I am going to provide a copy to anyone on this list and any church groups who have helped us through the year in Outreaches. These 2 women have grown in their faith and want to see other ladies lives changed as well and are willing to share their story.
The Neptunes whose daughter has battled brain tumors have moved to another town a little closer to the Childrens hospital in Houston and Lexie is doing very well . Please pray for the mom Sarah, who has some severe health issues. She needs to be well so that her husbands work schedule is not hampered because of her treatments etc. and the care of the 4 kids.
Lastly, I have a dear friend in Waco, Emily Mills who is the head of a ministry to the strip clubs and trafficing victims in several cities in Texas. They have needs for funds for the ladies they minister to there and I am enclosing their information here:
